ERS GLASS UP What is?

ERS GLASS UP is a remotely controlled, motorized and chained moving glass system. The glass system collected at the top is designed to create free passage.

This system is equipped with a motor mechanism that can be easily controlled by remote control. It can be paused and moved again at any desired location. Three-Dimensional Full Insulation

To maximize insulation, the system used insulation brushes and gaskets in all working spaces between the horizontal base joints of the glass panels and the side strut profiles, thus the system reached the maximum insulation level.

The combination of adjustable profiles and independent motor mechanism provides an easy-to-assemble and quick-to-service experience. While profiles make it easier to adapt during assembly, the independent motor mechanism enables faster and more effective intervention when service is required.

Each panel is manufactured using double steel chains and has a lifting capacity of 400 kg. Moreover, the lock thickness of the steel chain used to ensure the safety of the panel varies between 8.51 mm and 14.75 mm.

Glass panels are combined with 8 screws and polyurethane adhesive. In this way, the frames of the glass panels are strengthened. The fact that each screw is designed to provide a solid connection increases the durability of the glass panels in the system.
